TF1 sues YouTube and Dailymotion

TF1 is a private French TV channel, controlled by TF1 Group which also includes Eurosport. About TF1 we heard that has non-informative “news” and now has filed a lawsuit against the video-sharing site YouTube and is seeking damages of $158.3 million and Dailymotion (YouTube’s competition).
Let’s face it! This happened because YouTube is the most viewed video-sharing website and if you need some founds… guess what - you sue someone to receive plenty of money since you can’t face that it may have a large public than you!
Nowadays everyone sues everyone. I admit that sometimes a company plays after its own rules (like YouTube and Dailymotion that use some video from TF1) and may find it tough to do the same, but this is competition! YouTube and Dailymotion don’t get money by selling this videos, so TF1 should back off!
And to be more specific what competition means watch this video that I found on YouTube about the differences between YouTube and Dailymotion, movie that I’m sure was made by someone from Dailymotion.
